Jack Ma, CEO and Founder of Alibaba, Congratulates the Israel Innovation Authority

马云,阿里巴巴的创始人和首席执行官,祝贺以色列创新 局

“I have long admired the Israeli innovative prowess, diligence, will power, and wisdom,” says Jack Ma, the founder and CEO of Alibaba in a video celebrating the inauguration of the Israel Innovation Authority. Israel is the world’s leader in government sponsoring of innovation, and every dollar invested by the government yields 8 dollars in return.

“The past was driven by knowledge,” said Ma, “but I believe the future will be driven by wisdom, and innovation will be the driving force of the next 30 years.”

We have indeed entered an era of ubiquitous knowledge, and the wisdom and innovation necessary for governments, corporates and universities to survive in this era will be discussed at CIV2017HK – the flagship conference of the Coller Institute of Venture, taking place in Hong Kong and bringing together the brightest minds from China, the US, the UK, Israel and other countries around the world.
