The Coller Institute of Venture seeks to further the understanding of global venture capitalism by forging a stronger connection between academic research and the real business world. The Institute will foster collaborations between scholars, investors, policymakers, venture capitalists and high-tech professionals.

Research is at the heart of our vision. For us, research falls broadly in three separate categories, each with a different focus and purpose, but together creating a prestigious and accessible body of work to further the understanding of venture and innovation; how it is stimulated, promoted and nurtured across different geographies and industries.

Events are an integral part of the work of the Institute. They can initiate research ideas through panel discussions and they can show case research. Here they can add to the body of feedback and develop new areas for further examination.

We are interdisciplinary in our approach and look to collaborate with selected partners on research and events
