科勒风投研究院宣布2016年度研究奖奖金为10000美元 CIV’s research awards aim to encourage and celebrate academic research in the field of venture with the goal of making a significant contribution to understanding and shaping the venture ecosystem. These awards and the Institute may provide the winners with a unique platform to discuss and disseminate their work, including participation in our future events.
In 2014 and 2015 CIV has distributed a total of $25,000 in awards to scholars in the fields of Venture, Innovation and Entrepreneurship:
- In 2014, Mr. Dan Marom and Prof. Orly Sade won $10,000 for their work “Are the Life and Death of an Early Stage Venture Indeed in the Power of the Tongue? Lessons from Online Crowdfunding Pitches“.
- In 2015, we have awarded Prof. Mark Humphery-Jenner, Jerry Cao and Jo-Ann Suchard with a $5,000 award for their paper “Government Ownership and Venture Performance in China“.
- In 2016, the award can be yours!
We are pleased to announce the CIV 2016 Research Awards, with a $10,000 grand prize awaiting the winner.
The research papers should be new work, first published in a journal, on the web or internally after June 1, 2015 (including working papers). We want to encourage creativity in venture research. Feel free to make a preliminary enquiry about the relevance of your work.
Submissions accepted by July 31, 2016.
