“One look is worth a thousand words,” and we believe that the world deserves a better look at the history of venture, to understand and appreciate the marvelous ideas and innovations that we all take for granted today. Moreover, we are willing to pay for it!The Coller Institute of Venture was accepting responses to a Request for Information (RFI) on possible visualization applications for its History of Venture database.
Last year we developed a database of 160 key events, innovations and other factors relevant to the history of venture in the last hundred years. This played a key role in the second issue of our publication Coller Venture Review, and now we plan to make this treasure of knowledge accessible to the world in a dynamic, exciting manner through an interactive online visualization.
